'I Came to Give you Life and That More Abundantly'

"Yet you have brought us out to a place of abundance!"
Psalms 66:12

There is a fence next to where my Tomatoes are growing.  The birds are always welcome in my garden but they don't know it; so they perch on the fence for a bit and carefully survey the field for sometime before they commit to landing there to search for food.  They are fearful I guess.
Eventually, they decide to get off the fence . . . .  :)

"You take care of the earth and water it,
    making it rich and fertile.
The river of God has plenty of water;
    it provides a bountiful harvest of grain,
    for you have ordered it so.
You drench the plowed ground with rain,
    melting the clods and leveling the ridges.
You soften the earth with showers
    and bless its abundant crops.
 You crown the year with a bountiful harvest;
    even the hard pathways overflow with abundance.
 The grasslands of the wilderness become a lush pasture,
    and the hillsides blossom with joy.
 The meadows are clothed with flocks of sheep,
    and the valleys are carpeted with grain.
    They all shout and sing for joy!"
 Psalms 65:7-13

"So the Lord must wait for you to come to him
    so he can show you his love and compassion.
For the Lord is a faithful God.
    Blessed are those who wait for his help."
Isaiah 30:18

Jesus said, "Consider the Lillies of the field, they don't toil or struggle they just let Him make Life beautiful, they soak up His goodness and reflect it back to us . . . Maybe that's how we should live . . .
